1. Prices
• All of the products prices are Nett. Shipment charges to the place of delivery are excluded and will be charged separately. • Prices are subject to changed without prior notice.
2. Out of Stock/Orders
• We reserved the right to reject the order if the ordered item is out of stock at the time of payment has been made and we will refund the full amount paid.Some items may be available during order made but will not be available when shipment sent from oversea due to out of stocks from supplier side.
• If payment is not made before closing date, the orders will be automatically canceled.
• For order made on the last day of closing date, payment must be remit within the same day once invoice sent.
• No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order from customer after payment received.

• We accept payment via cash deposit, Internet banking and funds transfer directly to our account.
• Pre-order items will required 50% deposit once orders confirmed.
• Credit cards payment can be made via paypal.com.
• Please do not and never send cash to avoid lost in mailing.
• Please allow 1-3 working days for the payment clearance to our account.
• Items will only be sent when full payment has been done.
• Strictly no COD.
• If full payment for pre-order items still not remitted in 2 weeks after payment notification given, items will be released and 50% deposit will not be refunded.
4. Exchange & Refund
•We try our best to ensure on the quality of our collections and customer’s satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Seoul Up will offer 90% refund* of your total amounts (except postage fee)provided customers need to post back the items with express post service within 3 Business days in the same condition with the label untagged.
• We try our best to inspect goods for minimum defect before delivery. We shall not be held for responsibility for any damaged at the point of the goods are in transit and arrived at your good self or damaged made by customer negligence. All possible measures will be taken by us to ensure a smooth delivery. However, we will not be liable for any loss of goods during the delivery process.
• Customer will need to bear the return postage fees .
5. Labels/Handtag/Measurement issues
• Most of the Korea imported goods do not come with labels/handtag or with others brands with the factory individual package. If customers are unable to accept goods with others label, do not place order on it.
• Measurement may be 1-3 cm vary from the measurement posted on website.
6. Others
• Accessories (ie. belt,necklace & etc) are not included except specified.
• Products are described correctly in terms of code/picture/price EXCEPT for the colours which might be vary from physical.

We will try our best to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. We do not guarantee that the products shown in the pictures in the website will have exact resemblance to the actual apparel due to post edit of the pictures.
All pictures for Korea's items are taken from actual products. Customers are recommended to read carefully the materials of the garments, check clearly the sewing of the garments from pictures attached , with/without lining etc to avoid any misunderstand or unsatisfactory.

Seoul Up does not accept exchange of apparel under any circumstances, including such reasons as (1) dislike the color; (2) color differences; (3) not as attractive as expected; (4) too transparent; (5) fabric too thin; (6) size too big or too small; (7) not comfortable (8) look a bit different (9) cutting/tailoring not as expected.
